Grand Rounds Wins the Gold Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year
LEWISTON, MAINE — (March 26, 2018) — Grand Rounds, the leader in matching employers and employees to high-quality care, celebrates the company’s fifth consecutive year as a Stevie Award recipient for Customer Service Department of the Year. The Stevies are highly coveted business awards for the customer service industry. This is the first year that Grand Rounds has won the Gold, demonstrating that the company’s Patient Care Team continues to prioritize excellent customer service while scaling operations and expanding its reach.

In 2017, Grand Rounds opened its first East Coast operations in Lewiston, Maine, dedicated to patient care. The Patient Care Team consists of clinicians, care coordinators and records specialists, and continues to grow to provide comprehensive patient support. To continue providing excellent service to members across the country, the company expects to create an additional 150 jobs in Lewiston over the next five years.
